OUR RETURN POLICY

What is our return policy?

If your purchase was damaged during shipment or the wrong item was sent and you received the wrong item, you can send it back to us. However,

  • The return of the item(s) must be made within 7 days from the date which you received your ordered item(s).
  • Wear and tear of coffee equipment is not acceptable for return and exchange.
  • Damaged item(s) or the wrongly delivered items must be returned together with the original box and receipt.
  • Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Cyber Sale etc) are not returnable and exchangeable.
What is our policy on missing items?

For missing items during delivery, please e-mail us at support@teaseme.com.my Our staff will assist you further on the matter and whether a new item will be given in exchange is subject to you providing to us with all the necessary documentary proof to suffice that you indeed did not receive the missing item.

What is our policy if we are late in delivering the items because of unforeseen circumstances?

Late delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances (i.e. natural disasters, COVID outbreak or any other circumstances beyond our control) or peak season is not valid for return and exchange.

What will I get back?

For damaged or missing items, you can choose either for a full refund of the item price (at the time you purchased) to be credited to your TeaseMe Shipper Account or to exchange for (or to obtain) an item of the same price.

How can I return my purchase?

Please email your inquiry to support@teaseme.com.my with subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the damage item and its condition.

How long will it take?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package for us to process your refund.

How about postage charges?

The customer will have to bear any postage fees or/and shipping charges for the return item to be assessed by us.
